A few words from Jed
''I write Love Will Save the Day for two reasons; the 1st is that I love music. I want to find music worth celebrating and sharing. The 2nd reason is my obsession with culture. I think understanding culture is my way of trying to make sense of the world, and I've come to believe that music is the backbone of culture.
The name L.W.S.T.D is a tribute to the late David Mancuso's NYC Loft parties. His 1st party invitation was sent to around 100 people. All it invite said was ‘Love Saves the Day’, with a picture of Dali’s melting clocks and an address. The name was a sly nod to Timothy Leary, and the Dali reference was about the idea of a great party helping people to lose their sense of time and place; it could provide transcendence.''
