Brett Maxey first fell in love with electronic music in the early 90s, discovering his passion for all types of House after visiting the legendary Zap Club in Brighton in 1993. That same year he bought his first decks, started collecting vinyl, and soon became a regular DJ at Zap Club. Throughout the 90s and 00s, Brett played at most venues in Brighton, Mansion House in Worthing (the old Sterns), and also performed a few times in London and Ibiza. Family life later took priority, and he focused on DJing at home.
Now, with more time to pursue his passion, Brett is back performing across Brighton, including www.kinkymalinki.com for Brighton Pride, the Zap Reunion, and a residency at Ohso Social, alongside a monthly radio show on www.decadanceuk.com His sets blend Deep, Soulful, Disco, and Funky House, combining club classics with the latest tracks to create an energetic and warm vibe.
