Street Sounds and the Jazz Cafe are proud to present groundbreaking Electro pioneers NEWCLEUS as the first part of the UK FRESH ‘86’, 40th Anniversary celebrations. Newcleus, from New York had their unique Electro sound that influenced a whole generation of artists/musicians and had seminal hits including, “Jam On It”, “Automan” and “Jam On Revenge”.
UK FRESH ‘86’, at Wembley Arena was the very first major Electro/Hip Hop event in the UK, even Mick Jagger (Rolling Stones) was in attendance and blown away! If you were one of the 14,000 in attendance you are part of history!
