This was recorded by artist and filmmaker, Susie Davies, to coincide with her exhibition at Newcastle Contemporary Art. The gallery is screening her documentary film The Kick, The Snare, The Hat & A Clap that explores the history of the 90s rave scene in Newcastle. Focusing on activity in the Ouseburn Valley, the film features unseen archival footage and interviews with those who participated in the scene.
