Sunset Island Burning Seed 2018 - Sunday Sunset

What to say about this afternoon... I shall start at the beginning. After a six hour sunrise set with no sleep I stumble up on to the Island in pieces not knowing how I would find the energy to close it.
A piece of malfunctioning kit and a misplaced USB ( told you I was in pieces ) meant we had a couple of false starts that day but Burns are not meant to be perfect right - Fuck Yer Burn and all that!
But then the music...
As we rolled to the sunset the energy of the crowd and the music lifted me up to the high places as it always does but Fuck Yer Burn wasn't finished with me yet.
We had a wayward dancer hit the emergency stop button right after the sun went down and we had a good gap before we continued but continue we did. I've left the mix unedited so you can feel it as it was. false starts, an emergency stop and a couple of cheeky endings... but we got there in the end, together again xx
This set was one of my most magic moments on the decks again this year. Big love to all
