Salvation Burn S<O>S @ Sunset Island Sunday

Salvation Burn - The name given to a Burn that went ahead about a week after hearing of the cancellation of our main regional burn here in Australia called Burning Seed.
10 or so theme camps from the Sydney area together with the temple crew put this on against odds in such a very short time frame.
The elements tested us all and our infrastructure to the absolute limit with 100 km winds belting us for 24 hrs.
We survived and pulled together in true burner fashion and experienced a window that enabled us to burn what we needed to burn and to dance in celebration of our salvation.
This is my Sunday Sunset Set recorded live on a rather disheveled Sunset Island that barely survived the Wind storm, seen here held together by ratchet straps and the bare will of our crew, literally.
Pre Temple Burn and last sunset is a favourite time for me to play at our burn. To say goodbye to our Island and new friends and to get set to burn the temple is always emotional for me. Burn on friends X
