Another year has passed and I would like to end it with some soft disco sounds. That's why there's part 9 of my "Cocktail Disco Series" today as a New Year's Eve Special.
The Manhattan Skyline theme was original written by David Shire in 1977. The first disco version was released by Orchestra 88 in 1978. After that, a few more followed, such as track 6 of "Mirror Image" on this show. Joey Negro then used it again in 2020 for his project "AC Soul Symphony".
Now let's celebrate in the Manhattan skyline with some delicious cocktails. I just want to say thank you for all the support this year. I hope my ideas in the land of music could inspire you and give you some nice moments.
