AOR & Blue-Eyed Soul Session Vol.40 - THE YACHT SOUL SPECIAL

DJ Supermarkt released 2 compilations with Yacht Soul. These were all cover versions of yacht rock songs in soul style. I have now turned the whole thing around. My selection now includes black artists who actually come from soul, funk and jazz, but who also released songs that have some parallels to yacht rock in terms of style, arrangement and instrumentation. For me, Yacht Rock is a kind of west coast rock version of soul music and therefore you should enjoy the soulful and relaxed side of Yacht Rock that I have put together for you.
