This is the 11th in my series featuring the work of PROLIFIC PRODUCERS – this time it’s the music maverick GUY STEVENS, initially a popular club DJ who imported early R & B records, then went on to be a record producer. He was responsible for naming both PROCUL HARUM and MOTT THE HOOPLE, managing the latter for a while.
