It’s that time of year when the big music festivals take place and there weren’t many bigger than 1985’s Live Aid charity concert. We’re coming up to the 40th anniversary of that momentous occasion and I thought it was time for me to try to revive those memories and play some of the performances from both Wembley and Philadelphia. More than 50 acts played that day. I do a rundown of the musicians who appeared and play performances from 15 of them, mostly from the Wembley stage.
