Debbie Golt FRSA takes African music and wider arts and culture as her starting point. This week, Debbie meets singularly brilliant songwriter/musician Josephine Oneyama who takes up her own sovereignty in control of her career with a new label and the second release from her new EP. Debbie first interviewed Josephine when she was 15 in the '90s and has kept a keen eye on her ever since.
