Modulisme (which translates as Modularism) is devoted to out of leftfield modular synthesis. This week: The Canadian Electronic Ensemble. Founded in 1971, CEE is the oldest continuous live electronic group in the world and remains at the forefront of live electronic music. Using old (and new) analogue instruments, laptop computers, standard instruments, found sound, field recordings and anything electronic, they continue to cut a sonic swathe through the ears of the world.
