A weekly show hosted by urbanist Donald Hyslop. This week: Ted Riederer, a long time friend of the show, is an artist and musician based in New York City. In this episode we continue to explore his most recent sound work, Dissident Hymns. Riederer launched Dissident Hymns in early 2025 as a creative "resistance" after funding cuts led to the cancellation of a Never Records installation in Washington DC. He describes the project as a "War Against Empathy," seeking to find harmony in a discordant world through anthems of resistance and poems that galvanise social movements.
