Hosted by critic and writer K Biswas, the series features never-before-heard archival recordings from seminars delivered in Naples during the mid-1980s, the height of Thatcherism (a term which Hall himself coined). In the Resonance studio, the thinker's friends and contemporaries, and newer voices inspired by his work, examine his theories and unravel the social and cultural fabric of the nation.
