Calling All Pensioners - 27 October 2025 (Age UK Shares Feedback From Older People)

Magazine programme with Tim Hamilton, addressing issues which affect pensioners across London. This week: England-based pensioners’ charity, Independent Age, highlights their campaigning at the recent party conferences in speaking up for older people in poverty and meeting with many decision makers. Age UK shares feedback from older people, with some feeling more valued and others feeling overlooked and discriminated against as they get older. The National Pensioners Convention marks Black History Month - a time to celebrate and calls for change on the inequalities that still exist.
