Calling All Pensioners - 13 October 2025 (Independent Age Marks Day Of Older Persons)

Magazine programme with Tim Hamilton, addressing issues which affect pensioners across London. This week: Independent Age marks the International Day of Older Persons by teaming up with Only Fools and Horses legend, Sue Holderness, to star in a moving video highlighting experiences of older people in poverty. Independent Age’s new video promotes their free helpline which supports older people living in financial hardship. Our further musical tribute is to Rick Davies who was an English musician best known as founder, vocalist and keyboardist of the rock band, Supertramp.
