World Minimal Music Festival 3rd day promo mixtape

This april the 3rd edition of the World Minimal Music Festival will take place in Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ in Amsterdam.On Friday 5 april Gonzo (circus) & Rebel Up! together curate the 3rd day of the festival with a full programme of international artists who will share their vision in sound on minimal music from various corners of this globe. What to expect? The rough Congolese thumbpiano rhythms of Konono No1 from the urban jungle of Kinshasa, grainy African lo-fi cassettes by Awesome Tapes From Africa (US), the multi-instrumentalist Frisk Frugt (DK) who merges quirky Danish folk with West-African spheres, (etno)mythological drones by High Wolf (FR) and minimal dance and listening sounds by the Rebel Up! dj crew (NL/BE/FR), with also at the beginning of the evening a panel discussion about minimal music and sounds allover the world.
