Lisa Tomlins is one of Wellington’s - and New Zealand’s - best-known jazz divas. She has been a professional singer for over 20 years, and has performed throughout Australasia, Asia, UK, Europe and the US with the likes of Fly My Pretties, Hollie Smith, Shapeshifter, Fat Freddie's Drop, Sola Rosa and Rhombus.

Ahead of a retrospective of some of the greatest shows she has delivered over the years for the Wellington Jazz Festival , Lisa caught up with Maggie to talk through a career at the forefront of song in Aotearoa and picked out a few favourites too.
