Broken20 Episode 16: Production Unit

Production Unit presents another slice of murky electronics with this month's Broken20 show. This time he returns to a favourite theme of "horrible dancehall", building from slo-mo to hyper, or as Mr Unit says "following an up 'n' down curve like a vile rainbow". Expect sparse riddims, dubbed-out vocals, half-time jungle and a hefty slice of bass from the likes of Spatial, DJrum, Ward21 and Photek.
