»From the glassy sound gem by Lee Gamble and the jazz programming of Villalobos’ collaboration with Max Loderbauer, this show takes us on deep, groovy and ultimately romantic journey. Highlights come from Japanese artists as Sunao Gonno and Kazuhiko Masumura, old school saxophonist Yasuaki Shimizu, and also from Anthony Naples’ David Linchean track “Drifter”, and Mexico’s 1950s bolero trio Los Delfines.«
