For episode 12, Andrew is choosing sounds. These are sounds that have been hastily recorded on phones, sounds that have been stashed in folders in folders in folders on laptops, sounds on sticky external harddrives. Field recordings, site-specific pieces, improvised songs... These digital files are just as easily lost as the stuff burnt to disc, right? This episode represents an attempt to resurrect and celebrate unreleased audio, and an excitement to just see how this collection of mined nuggets of sound sits together in a mix.
