Noah Lennox is most known for his sample-based dub-inflected pop music, but I first encountered him as a frenetic drummer on early AC recordings, which was a huge influence on the way I approached playing the drums. In this show, I highlight his mad skittering rhythmic genius on some deeper cuts, and look at how his playing anchored the group’s experimentation in its early protean period.
