Conversation Pieces / Episode 2 / 463 Light years away

In the winter of 2020 two artists – one a sculptor, one not – interviewed people in their homes about the things they keep around them. This series of five audio works weave the interviews with archival recordings of Henry Moore and Barbara Hepworth to explore the idea of sculpture in the home and our very human responses to matter and material. Conversation Pieces are made by James Prevett and Annie May Demozay for radio broadcast and form part of Prevett’s larger project Things for Homes / Homes for Things commissioned by TACO! in Thamesmead, London.
