A resident of Leprosy Sanatorium implanted these blue flowers.
Historically Japan government illegally arrested, isolated and infertilized (sanitized) Leprosy patients by The Leprosy Prevention Law. Isolated patients hoped the liberation till the end. But many patients died within the Sanatorium. Because The Leprosy Prevention Law never permit to carry remains out of Sanatorium. All remains were cremated and buried in the Woods of Sanatorium by colleague patients. Even after death, they are never liberated.
NOW again we repeat to segregate the COVID patients.
