On this episode of the Polley Music Library show, we talked about a great new book that investigates a range of music produced by members of the Association for the Advancement of Creative Musicians (AACM), the Chicago music alliance that formed in 1965 and has given the East Coast jazz scene a run for its money ever since! We listened to some music by AACM members, too.
