On this episode, we looked at "Bone Music" by Stephen Coates, which documents the history of "bone records" and "bone music" under Soviet rule, a time in which censored music was distributed by a secret network, cut onto discarded x-rays that could be played on old record players. We listened to some music about freedom and resisting censorship, too.
