On the 12th of July 2021, Newbury Town Council (NTC) resolved to undertake a Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) for the Parish of Newbury.
Put simply, an NDP is a document written by the local community, as opposed the Local Planning Authority (West Berkshire Council, WBC), that sets out planning policies for the neighbourhood area which will be used to decide whether to approve planning applications.....
