Their offering is a sonic journey through soundscapes of becoming by merging their Congo-bassin roots & intertwining them with the courants of Afro electronic music that move & inspire her artistry. Part of our co-creation process, mediated with me MC BALA BALA, a once-Montreal native, is an ode to recollection and collective memory work, moving to the sounds and commentary that have nurtured our musical, political praxis & aesthetic as artists and also creative partners."
