""Frequencies and Vibrations" follows a typical day in my life in Bakau. I spend my time between a spot by the beach in an area called Cape Point, the Bakau Fish market and home, in the kitchen. I collected sounds from these places at different times over the course of months. The documentary is a listening challenge. Can you feel the frequencies and vibrations? Hate is a low frequency vibration. Can you imagine the energy it takes for me to process the vibration from religion? What frequencies are required to live with this contradiction?
