Description
"In our fourth episode, we speak with artist, curator and filmmaker Sarnt Utamachote. Through their experience as a nonbinary Thai person in Berlin, we unravel the complexity of the lives of Southeast Asian and queer communities in Berlin through the prism of distance and proximity. We come to know of the artist collective un.thai.tled and their ongoing exhibition at Galerie Wedding, IN NOBODY'S SERVICE, focusing on the violent clichés projected on Thai and Filipina women and queer bodies in Germany. In addition, we touch upon topics such as Thai Park, performing gender, kinships and ethnicity, and the political significance of food."
