"With Guest: fat lïp is a multidisciplinary Dj and saxophonist from London, of Jamaican and Grenadian descent. By blending different electronic music genres of Caribbean and African origin, they aim to celebrate the music of the Black diaspora, Homeland and beyond and honour and acknowledge the whole community. They ultimately aim to bring about a discussion on the state of the Black Diasporic Identity rooted in connectivity through music. They are also the founder of VEXED (https://www.instagram.com/__vexed) an online archive documenting diasporic stories and art. fat lïp recently played at a Nigerian ran Netherlands based squat rave night known as HEATWAVE presented by RESONANCE and DJ Scotch Bonnet and aims to create a space for the black Dutch diaspora."
