Diving into the Pointe-A-Pitre based label Disques Célini / Aux Ondes, dedicated to preserving and reissuing traditional and folkloric Caribbean music, particularly from Guadeloupe. The label's catalogue includes rare recordings of Gwo Ka, biguine, Tumbélé, and Latin-influenced styles - and some of the few recordings by Marcel Lollia, known as Vélo, a legendary figure in Guadeloupean music and culture who left behind a limited discography.
