Malia aka GawdX (they/he), is a Black queer DJ & multi-hyphenate creative of Trinbagonian/Senegalese descent. Their influences are multi and fluid, bringing queer joy and bacchanal to every mix. Blessed with the ability to attune to the call of the times, he uses the past and present to pave and lead the dancefloor to a brighter future. GawdX is co-founder of Trinbagonian-based collective Batti Mamzelle, part of DIAxDEM (Ireland) & BLENDZ (UK) collectives. Continuing to create safe spaces for QTBIPOC is central to their vision.
