We recently lost Chris Ta’aloga Faiumu aka DJ MU aka DJ Fitchie. He was a founding member of the group Fat Freddy's Drop who are from Wellington, NZ.
This is dedicated to DJ Fitchie, who is core to the sound of not only my roots (I grew up in Welly) - but also to roots music in itself. Many of the tracks are Freddy's tunes, or music from artists also from Wellington.
