This mix is my attempt to thread together sounds and music that has shaped me, from my childhood days of watching spaghetti westerns with my dad as a young boy in south india, Indian film music and rock music in my teen years through to my head over heels falling in love with deep West African and Afro-Latin music as a result of my deep journey into Manding and Ivorian rhythms and drumming.
