DJ Sarah Love is a veteran club DJ, radio broadcaster, presenter, performer & journalist who has performed in over 30 countries. She’s shared stages with DJ icons like Grandmaster Flash & Jazzy Jeff, and supported artists including Mary J Blige, Wu-Tang Clan & The Roots. Sarah was headhunted by BBC Radio to present the 1Xtra Friday Night Hip Hop Mix Show & the Weekend Wake-Up Show, receiving global prestige as one of the few female specialists in worldwide broadcasting.

It blows my mind when I think of how much of Hip Hop culture was created literally by children! And it’s story, all the way from those pioneers, to reaching 50 years of influencing global culture and music. HipHop is truly the voice of the people and it’s constantly innovated over the years, in a way that I don’t think you can say about any other genres.
