The ADHD Frequency

Breathe in slowly
Feel the mind settle
Let the noise drift away

Your thoughts are not chaos
They are energy
Waiting for calm

[slow breathing meditation voice]

Breathe in slowly

And breathe out

Let the mind slow down

The ADHD mind moves fast
Full of ideas
Full of imagination
Full of life

But even the brightest mind
Needs quiet space
To rest

Breathe in

And breathe out

Thoughts may arrive
Let them drift away
Like clouds in the sky

You are not broken
Your mind is simply tuned
To a different frequency

A frequency of creativity
Of music
Of colour
Of endless possibility

Tonight
We slow the orchestra

We find the rhythm
Inside the breath

Calm

Focus

Clarity

The mind settles
The thoughts align
The noise becomes music

This is your frequency
