Blue in Green w/ Stéphane Galland // 6 juillet 2025 // Melomaniacs Live from Georges Hostel, Sète

Finally! I'm delighted to publish Blue in Green live from Sète during the recent Worldwide Festival, with the super cool Stéphane Galland: music man, journalist with Radio Grenouille and host of Le Coton Club there too. We broadcast from the accueil at the Georges Hostel where I stayed, and Stéphane and I bumped in to each other by chance whilst I was preparing the show.

A slightly abridged show with a technical tic - but the most important element is front and centre, Stéphane talking us around some tastes and influences in his characteristically lovely way on the faubourg of the festival. Digger, journalist, radio host, WorldWide FM Marseillais and all round great guy.

Listening back feeling the warmth and colours and bonne ambiance music brings to this coastal town are super nice memories. There are musical nods and winks to artists and DJs who played, as well as to Georges Brassens himself, and of course Stéphane's records which cut deep across the French Caribbean.
