What I appreciate with Jonathan is that it's never just playing. There’s always movement behind him, bringing things together. You hear the vibraphonist, and the percussionist, composer, organiser all in the same place.

With music that shape him, through Hutcherson, Tony Allen, Keith Jarrett, Sclavis and Dubuis, and from his own creative output too. And of course the real jazz scene down at Jazz au Bleu in the Bleu Cafe, Neuchatel, with programming that celebrates the jazz lineage embracing new encounters and fresh takes.
