Liquid Lounge - Koha's for Karioi...

Welcome once again to the wibbly wobbly world of the Liquid Lounge...

What follows is a mix I put together in New Zealand, in Raglan to be precise...
I was so inspired and transfixed by the area, by it's natural beauty, tranquillity, open spaces, clear skies, vibrant colours and people...

"Koha's for Karioi..." is constructed with tracks I played, while sat under clear cloudless night skies in Raglan and watching in awe, the vista above me. These tracks provided part of the soundtrack and backdrop for my experience in such a wonderful place...

. "Koha" is the Maori word for 'gift and "Karioi" is the name of the dominating mountain just outside Raglan, affectionately known locally as "The Sleeping Lady" and this is my auditory expression of appreciation to her and her surroundings...

I've given this set a little polish in the studio and presented it here for you all to hear...
