Show#506 starts with a grooveman Spot production from a project sampling Ahmad Jamals' Awakening album...followed by a great remix for Robert Glasper by Citrus Lazaar, a great CidRim production remixed by Dorian Concept, Alby Daniels gets played too, l'Orchestre Baobab gets a Mukatsuku release thanks to Nick Weston. Kindred Spirits re-issues Myrian Makenwa, new Brey, Cut Chemist, on the uptempo tip with Lay-Far and Henry Wu. Jai Paul gets a spin although its not the final version, looking forward to that release on XL Recordings. Lots of good old soul and funk as well with Flowers, Luis Santi and Harvey Mason. Crazy bass productions from The Clonious, Pomrad and Phillip D. Kick, Addison Groove released his first album, had to play something from that, Cinematic Orchestra with Austin Peralta and Dorian Concept is a really interesting project, Brainfeeder's RYAT and ending with Chick Corea and Sunaga-T Octet.
