Introducing Madame Blavatsky

Following the release of their debut album “Rocket Science” on October 2nd, we asked Gent-based future jazz trio Madame Blavatsky to introduce themselves through their favorite tracks, inspirations and of course their own material.

“These are all artists that, like us, are looking for creative ways to make you nod your head with sounds and elements you've never heard before. I suppose our background in jazz has something to do with that. We find it so important to surprise the listener with a fresh idea like some melody or harmony that makes you look up from your sudoku for a second. It keeps us awake and that's what music, and art in general, is about. Enjoy our mixtape!”
