What do you think of when you hear the words "jump up"? What really is jump up anyway? Producers are forever going to experiment with sounds & our music will continue to evolve. The "screechy" sound that listeners either seem to love or hate does not have to be the sound that defines this genre - it is so much more than that! I hope that you might give this set a listen, even if jump-up is not really your thing. For me this genre is less about the infamous screechy sound, & much more about a whole different way of mixing - high energy, rapid drops & merging sounds from 2 different tracks together to create something new! I hope you enjoy!
