From Constant Pain to Renewed Energy: Pamela’s LDN Success Story with hEDS & MCAS

Pamela from the U.S. shares how Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) greatly improved her life with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). Sick often since childhood and plagued by chronic pain, migraines, and joint issues, she discovered LDN through support groups and began treatment at 0.5 mg, later increasing to 3 mg.

After brief initial side effects, Pamela experienced less pain, more energy, and stronger immunity—going nearly a year without illness. A break from LDN brought a sharp return of symptoms, confirming its benefits. She encourages others with chronic pain to consider LDN for symptom relief and improved quality of life.
