"We forget that we are in an exquisite miracle of beauty everyday... Love is not the fabric of everything. The fabric of everything is beauty. And our reaction to seeing the beauty is Love. " Dr Zach Bush
The invitation for this mix is to find patterns in your dance - old patterns or new patterns, patterns through a difference lens. Don't think to much about this, just let your body move and find those patterns, allow for them, and allow to for their evolution. Your natural patterns will be the exquisite expression of your being, so hold no judgement, and feel the beauty in the way your body moves in them.
