Hello dear friends, Guido van der Meulen here. Sometimes a session starts with the warmth of the sun and ends in the deep, quiet corners of the mind. This mix was built on the incredible ground stones provided by the Jenny Kershaw Band, and from there, the story unfolded.
I’ll be honest—this set takes a turn. About halfway through, things go deep and get a little emotional. I had my reasons for this; sometimes the mind plays tricks on you, and the only way out is through the music. It’s a warm, beautiful, and ultimately very personal journey. I hope you feel the connection in these tracks as much as I did while curating them.
