Paying Tribute to pioneers Hugh Masekela & Tony Williams
Hugh Masekela was part of the first African Jazz Band to ever record an Album which lead to an illustrious and prolific career. He sadly died on 23rd Jan 2018.
Tony Williams best known as a Reggae DJ also was a pioneer of UK Soul, UK Jazz Funk and NY Disco Dub as the Funk Masters. He was also the first to release a UK rap record! He only had a small catologue but the influence of his music was far and wide creating an incredible legacy.
