A Bit of Everything with The Happy Soul. 28/8/2018

Ian Rothwell in conversation with Mark Simpson, Sally Mason, Jon Donohue & Mick Pauline of local band 'The Happy Soul'. They have just released their new album 'Big Wow' & play live some of the songs from the album. Mark plays guitar / vocals, Sally plays guitar / vocals / keyboards, Jon plays guitar / vocals & Mick on drums / vocals. They will be appearing at Head for the Hills Festival on 15th September at Ramsbottom & will be accompanied by a String section & were at the Offcut Festival in Winsford. There new single 'Someone is Calling Your Name' taken from the album will be released on 14th Sept. Mick has his own business making bespke drums from sustainable timber called the Green Drum Co. Also two tracks from this months Featured Artist 'Grassroots'. 28/8/2018
