Ian Rothwell welcomes the return of Paul Frost & Vincent Sheedy of folk duo 'SheedyFrost' with live music & conversation. Vincent & Paul update us on what they have been doing since they were on the show last & how much they raised in Sept at Eccles Town Hall for 'Liv's Trust'. They have put together a collection of 5 songs to celebrate 40 years of St. Anthony's Heritage Centre. Also Vincent's news about his recovery & being able to continue playing songs. They have been busy writing new songs & have been asked to do another show by Eccles Town Hall. They are also developing a regular night at 'The Barking Dog' in Urmston with a variety of artists, Also our Featured Artist of Nov with two songs from Little Sparrow starting with 'Struck Gold' from her EP of the same name & an exclusive first air play of her new release which is freah take of a James song 'Sit Down'. This song was recorded with Robin Dewhirst at Kendal Calling & will be released with a video in Dec.26/11/2019
