A Bit of Everything with Pat & Sue from The Secret Garden in Worsley. 23/4/15

Ian Rothwell in conversation with Pat Halliday & Sue Forshaw who own the Secret Garden Tearoom on Barton Rd in Worsley. Sue & Pat talk about how they met on holiday in Turkey where they cooked a chilli for lots of people, to how they managed to talk the owners into letting them buy the tearoom. They opened in 2011 and almost everything but the bread is home made. They also talk about there association with singer / songwriters SheedyFrost who hold a music night there once a month. The next one is on 6th May with special guest trumpet player Helen Hall. They hold wine tastings and did a reverse bungee jump for charity. Set in the picturesque surroundings of Worsley, in Salford, The Secret Garden Tea Room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some home cooking. With cakes and pastries galore and a smorgasbord of savoury dishes you’ll have plenty to wrap your tastebuds around! 23/4/15
